  • The priced quoted for vehicle delivery may change if the journey distance increases. The invoice amount may not be reduced if a shorter fastest route is available during the delivery and is subject to the discretion of The Auto Mover (South) Ltd.

  • In the event of the delivery destination changing (for example during delivery) the invoice amount may be increased accordingly, and may not be reduced if the mileage is reduced and is subject to the discretion of The Auto Mover (South) Ltd.

  • The Auto Mover does not take responsibility for traffic delays or road closures that may cause delays in the arrival or delivery of the customer vehicle.

  • The vehicle must be available for us for loading purposes within the first 30 minutes from our drivers arrival (unless otherwise agreed.)

  • Any damage to a vehicle from road debris such as punctures, or damage to glass or bodywork is not deemed the responsibility of The Auto Mover (South) Ltd or any of it's employees, as this would have happened regardless of who was in charge of the vehicle at that given time.

  • Services will be invoiced in advance and payment must be made to us upon receipt of your invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • If payment is not received prior to the commencement of services we reserve the right to not proceed with the delivery or services as requested, or hold a vehicle until payment has been made.

  • As clearly stated in our 'Pricing' information page on our website (www.theautomover.co.uk/pricing) if a booking is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice of the booking scheduled to go ahead, your booking will not be refunded.
